The program fulfills the BC educational curriculum through the Montessori Method of teaching. It focuses on higher math, geometry, chemistry, physical and biological sciences, grammar and syntax. Also, the school teaches life skills, physical education, Christian education, music, French, art and information technology.
Children in this program set their own learning objectives and criteria for meeting them; individual presentations, small group lessons and individual research allow for experiential learning and fulfill their need to know the reason for things. Classifications, sequences, consequences and applying knowledge to specific tasks provide these children with wonderful sources of understanding.
